Tania Prado

Tania began as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Meagan Nuñez in 2020. Prior to practicing special education law, she practiced corporate litigation law, with a focus on copyright law and securities law, in San Francisco. There she worked on high-stakes multi-million dollar cases performing a multitude of litigation tasks from written discovery and document review, to legal research and motion writing. Tania joined the legal profession to help children live more empowered lives. For this reason she is very excited to use her excellence-driven organizational and written communication skills in the pursuit of educational equity for all children.
