We understand that advocating for your child and navigating interactions with the school when you have a child with special needs can be challenging. This may feel even more daunting when a parent is filing due process. Our staff is ready to support you.

Along with our attorneys and paralegals we also have a highly qualified and experienced special education advocate as part of our team.

Whether it’s helping to respond to an email or preparing you to attend an IEP meeting, we have this expertise in house to consult on matters ensuring the viability of your case. For some cases in due process or leading up to due process, we can provide her attendance at an IEP meeting.

She is also available through our office for advocacy through a retainer agreement.
